 Aparecium - Term 23
 A word...
_______________________ I would like to apologise on behalf of all of us about our inactivity
nearer the end of last term. We believe it is due to the fact we were
posting our articles onto graphics and this made things more time
consuming and less fun. We don't want extra chores, we want to gossip
and enjoy it! So, from here on out our gossip posts shall be just normal
posts and I hope you can forgive us all <3. What is it?...
_______________________ Aparecium is a gossip parchment where your four Gods
(Dionysus, Aphrodite, Hera and Artemis) will post the gossip you owl in to
us. It is the Merlin's Beard for more personal plot lines and is also an
easy way for your characters to discover IC information about the site-
wide plot held every term. We encourage the use of the Aparecium
parchments in your RP's, but if you would rather RP it out your own way
then by all means do so. How does it work?...
_______________________ We can't function or post unless YOU send us in gossip or news. It
can be news about your own character, somebody elses character,
anything. We just need your character to have witnessed what occured OR
for the characters involved to give their permission for us to post about
the gossip despite having no IC justification.
Once we receive owls with your lovely news, we will cook up some witty
posts and post for the site to see!
IC these parchments will be laying around everywhere. Do not be scared
to RP your character 'finding' one, this is an exception to the Godmodding
rule. The parchments will update automatically with new gossip and they
will heat up so that your character is aware an update has been made.
This way it means once your character has an Aparecium parchment, they
don't need to get another one when new updates are posted. It makes
things much easier IC. Again, we really encourage the use of the
Aparecium parchments in your RP's. Please feel free to PM us with any
further questions regarding this matter. As always...
_______________________ Sometimes we can get a little cheeky in our posts and make vast
over-exagerrations or completely alter stories entirely for comedic value.
Just like in a real gossip page! So please, please, please, do not be
offended if we post something rude or untrue about your character. We
mean no harm by it and this all entirely IC. This parchment is our OWN
characters (who shall remain anonymous) gossiping about their fellow
student body. And lastly...
_______________________ Have fun. We don't have fun doing this unless you have fun
reading it and using the Aparecium parchments in your RP's. Sometimes
we will RP in classes or hallways just to encourage the use, but we don't
NEED to have RP'd for you to obtain a parchment. Apologies again for the
inactivity near the end of last term and hopefully it won't happen again. If
you have any further questions feel free to ask away. We do ask that
you do not post in this thread though, please. If you would like to discuss
things posted here you may do so in the chat thread in the Hogwarts
Haven forum.
