Alice looked down at her finger nails for few seconds, coping up words to answer him. Gosh..why this is so difficult to meet his eyes whenever I hid something from him?! She shook her head to persuade herself, before looked up at him courageously, "No. I just thought it was nothing, not a big deal to complain" she said, nodded her head smilingly. "It's just I slept on the floor right here all through the night" her hand gestured at the floor where she was lying a few minutes before.
