Through the haze of his dreamland, Jake heard sliding of the compartment door. He stretched out on the seats he was laying on and opened his eyes, staring up at the ceiling of the compartment, before someone else in there caught his eye.

Looking round, still laying down, Jake gave a small smile. "Hi," he said cheerfully, taking in the boy's posture with faint curiousity.
