“I can imagine your excitement and longing not to leave.” He looked around the amazing Great Hall. “I can’t imagine anyone ever wanting to leave this castle.” “My term was very good, and very eventful. I’m surprised I got as much homework as I did done with all the distractions and what not. Fighting off merpeople, working against floods, and rescuing a locked up MerPrincess. I just am hoping for a less eventful term next year. Which I bet isn’t a reality at Hogwarts.” He laughed.

Daniel walked with a heavy heart towards the Great Hall. He was sad for his seventh year friends. He is also sad that he will be all alone again this summer. He walked towards their house table to look for friends.

Chris turned around as he heard someone yell Chris. It could have been meant for him or his frind Chris sitting next to him, so he turned around just in case. He saw that it was a fellow Gryffindor that he had practiced with in the last Defense Against the Dark Arts class.

With a smile on her face, Anna Greingoth pretty much dashed into the Great Hall and towards the Gryffindor house table. A few feet away from her destination, she sort of slid across the floor, coming to a stop just as she reached a seat near a few of her friends. "Graduated! Graduated! Grad-u-a-teddd!" she sort of sung out loud. She'd woken up this morning with a new outlook on permanently leaving Hogwarts. She'd decided to celebrate it. She glanced over at Winnie and added, "Hello, Mrs, Newellll!" Yup, Anna was in a pretty good mood today. She glanced up towards the staff table and waved at her now-former professors. Had any of them actually seen her? That she did not know. At least she'd made the effort, though. She reached for a glass of pumpkin juice and casually began sipping on it. Life was good...it really, really was.
Chris looked up as his co-Prefect strolled in and took a seat. He smiled at her and scooted down to sit by her.
“Hey Anna! I bet you are excited for the summer!” he said hinting at her upcoming wedding.
“Oh but I’m going to miss you so much! I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like without Anna Greingoth in Gryffindor Tower.” He said making a puppy dog look at her and then laughing.

Chris turned in his chair to face the newcomer to his conversation with Anna. He smiled brightly at another graduating friend.
"Hey Lyra. Oh you are leaving too! I will also miss you alot!" he smiled sadly as he watched her be really worked up about it. This whole thing made him think about the day it will be his turn to leave the school. Oh well he had a few years before that was going to happen.
