The plane fell to the floor after it was hit by Lilian's spell. It lay there on it's side, folded again, thinking the same things the shoes had. These rude humans were interrupting it's fun! Had they no compassion?
As Stephan and Lilian stood there chatting, the shoes started to stir to life again. They shook like a dog getting out of the bath as if to shake the magic off. They kicked and swung in Stephan's hands, trying to get free again. |
