When Zeke laughed, Anna relaxed a little and started to laugh along with him. Their conversation had taken a really serious turn, but now it seemed to have lightened up a lot. Children! Gulp...yikes. The more Anna talked to Zeke, the more she started to think that kissing him would really be an odd experience. She barely knew him at all, and they were having such a friendly "getting to know you" conversation. She really didn't have a whole lot of time left to finish her end of the bet.
