Just then, Mari turned to see Elizabeth coming back to the awkward little group and she smiled andnodded when her friend indicated that she didn't want Robert to know she was back. Mari watched, amused at the way Robert and Elizabeth were with one another. She laughed as Elizabeth teased Robert about her sleeping bag and then looked over her shoulder, wondering if Cayden was coming back too.

Robert looked at Mariska and smiled, "Yup, I start training right after term lets out." Hearing her comment about preferring Chasing to keeping he laughed, "You mean Beating...beaters deal with bludgers Mari." He broke out into a fit of laughter the first he'd had around Mariska in a long time, "Though if you'd seen the last game of mine you'd be right. I make a lousy Keeper. Though I was worried about Liz so I suppose that should account for something." Sighing he leaned back again still chuckling to himself. It felt good to laugh and be himself around her. Not as weird. His thoughts trailed off as his worry about Liz returned and he kept his eyes closed not wanting to keep looking over there.

With all the talking around him he hadn't heard anyone walk up until he felt someone pushing his side and a familiar voice. Opening his eyes he looked up at Liz with a smirk, "Is it now?" He watched as she kneeled down and attempted to move him, "Now you know that's not going to work...." Lifting his arm up he wrapped it around Liz and pulled her down practically on top of him, moving only slightly so she had enough room to lie down next to him. Turning his head he studied her for a moment making sure nothing was wrong before kissing her. "Now...I heard something about s'mores..."
