"So if there's no questions, you can start trying to conjure feathers!"
Conjuring a feather, that should be pretty easy for her to do, yes? It should be, seeing that she was nearing graduation and would soon enter the big, bad adult wizarding world. She craned her neck and watched as the professor demonstrated the correct wand movement and incantation. Sure enough, it did indeed seem easy enough, but she still just might manage to mess it all up anyway.
When it was time for her to conjure, she raised her wand, closed her eyes, and focused on a pretty white feather with all her might. She was thinking of the color of Charlotte's feathers, of course. When she had a clear picture in her mind, she opened her eyes, twisted her wand a bit, then spoke the incantation. "Plumexer!" Instantly, the feather she'd pictured shot from her wand and fluttered into her hands. She head it up and smiled at it, pleased with what she'd conjured.
