She found herself actually smiling, "Oh thank you. Its a new dress" she told her honestly. She didn't know what else to say. The few times her and Daphne had spoken they weren't very nice to each other. And now they were talking like they had the potential to be friends.

Oh. Ohhh. Oh, why did he have to do that? That pitiful abandoned puppy look! Sighing, Daphne tugged at her hair nervously, shifting her weight. "I guess the duck can wait. How bad can it be? He's probably done
going underneath the bed for today anyways."
Ho Hum. As long as the roommates didn't complain. Then, she blinked. Had she heard right? "And you wore
heels?!"
