"No!" he spluttered, turning quite red under his freckles, "You're both mental, that's wot you are!" Tittering, she tried to hide her mirth behind the back of her hand as gracefully as the situation allowed it. Winnie was incredibly impressionable and Garret was always fun to toy with. The way he easily angered pleased her in a mildly sick way. It always had been about power.
"Insanity is relative," retorted Daphne watching Garret eat with a wrinkled nose. He could be so disgusting. "Sweetheart, do you mind? Chew with your mouth closed."
