Sarah couldn't help but smile at how he called her 'sista' and those sly grins always seemed to break the ice. This man's outward appearance seemed to indicate that he was a friendly guy. Which was good, because she didn't want to have to work with a scary colleague. Makes dropping by the Department no fun.
At Tetrus' next comment, Sarah smiled a 'what can you do?' smile and just nodded her head. "Yes... she is. She wants to be on top of things... so I guess it's understandable. It's been a bit crazy lately after she was appointed Minister," she replied, too immersed in her own thoughts to notice the slightest bit of sourness in the man's voice.
Sarah smiled and pulled out a notepad and a quill from her bag. "Beast Division it is," she said as she scribbled down the name of the division and looked up into Tetrus' dark eyes, waiting for what he'd say next.
Hmm. A failed mission, huh? Although Brian didn't fill her in too much on the whole Election and the Campaign Parties, but she believed that the former Department Head had been the Campaign Manager for Cooper. But her knowledge of the man stopped there.
Sarah then turned her attention back to the man that sat before her, going though the papers in the file had had picked up a few moments before. The young woman couldn't help but smirk herself as she saw the man grin that wry grin of his after saying that he had to resume the position for Teal Andrus.
Eh? So it hadn't been going in the right direction then? Sarah couldn't help but pick up the emphasized word, 'direction'. Was this department really in that bad of shape under the leadership of Teal Andrus? Sarah had the urge to ask Tetrus, himself, but she still didn't know him well enough. They weren't that close, quite yet. All in good time, though.
Reason? That a vicious creature was accompanying the human during the intrusion of the land? What reason? "Yes... so as it seems. I wish you the best of luck then," Sarah said, nodding her head. It all seemed rather grueling. The whole ordeal and the expression that had been held on the older man's face. "Why yes. I do have a question. After this, we can continue on to the Being Division. What reason... if you don't mind telling me... has contributed in your belief that there is also a vicious creature intruding the land as well?" she asked, curiously. Sarah wasn't quite sure if this was an essential matter that should be added in the report, but she, herself... was intrigued to understand.
