She had a feeling the school wasn't the only thing on Jack's mind, though, as she kept glancing over at Reese to ensure that she was still alright and not being hit on by any other merman. How cute. Apparently a younger Slytherin girl had caught on to Jack's little glances to Reese, as well, as she was watching the two with a rather amused look. Anna jumped, though, when the girl casted Expelliarmus. Anna pointed her wand towards the merwoman, as well, and called out, "Expelliarmus!" Hopefully a bit of teamwork would take the creature down in no time.

Rave caught a glimps of another Gryffindor out of the corner of her eye, the Head girl as a matter of fact. "Nice shot! One of them's gotta hit." she said with an approving nod to the older girl.

With a quick glance towards the field of battle, she saw the coast was clear and relaxed her pose a little. "I'm Rave, and you are?" she asked with a curious look on her face.

Not really minding that she had said she wasn't going to fight unless they needed her, she pointed her wand at the same merwoman the two girls had shot at. "Expelliarmus," she called out.

'With three shots, theres no way we can miss.' Rave thought with a firm nod. She looked at the other girl with a non-nasty smirk. "Nice." was all she said.
