Mother- His mother went to Beauxbatons for school. She moved to England when she was 19, where she met Tal's father, who worked at St. Mungo's at the time. They got married after 3 years, and had Tallan.
Father- When he went to Hogwarts, he was a Hufflepuff. He got a job at St. Mungos, but after working there for 5 years, he left for the Ministry of Magic. He now works in the Department of International Cooperation.
Other- He has a younger sister, Ella, who's 10 years old.
History: He grew up in the city, which he didn't like. He'd much rather be out in the open. He doesn't talk much to his parents, because every since Ella was born, she's been they're first priority. Since the summer he got his apparating license, he often apparated to a lake, or some sort of out-doorsy place, to be alone and think.
Personality: Tal's outgoing, and he loves to have fun. He loves to be outside, and hates being cooped up on sunny days. Even if there's snow on the ground, he's outside. He likes to joke around, and he's a bit sarcastic at times. He likes to think of himself as a ladies-man, and flirts a lot. But if he can tell that there’s no chance of him being with a girl, he’ll lay off and just be friends; he’s not pushy.
