Biggest Mistake.
45. torch
The muggle torch in my hand flickered out. Brian took it from me.
“What’s up with the stupid thing?”
I thought it might be my magic, it happened when I was around muggle things like torches. I wasn’t aloud to play with the boys from the village and I knew I’d be in trouble. We’d built a den by the river, but now it was dark and I knew my mother would be worried.
Brian switched the torch back on and we started to walk home. Behind us we could hear odd noises, as though and animal was following us.
