"But we can find you another hottie at the MoM." Shocked by the news of Maddox's personal family tragedy, Kenedie shifted her feet awkwardly. "That's really sad," she said, feeling that this was insufficient for the situation.
As the mood lightened, however, she seized the chance to move into a slightly less-dark subject. "Hmm. I'll be looking forward to that," she said, grinning.
