Plymouth WAS getting to be a big boy, especially compared to current company. He struggled up, keeping both their hands in his. "Hehe." Plymouth swung both their hands with that "happiest boy on earth" sort of smile.

He WOULD have suggest booboo kisses but 1. Cela and Plymouth kisses were probably not a good idea [even though he'd TOTALLY got one earlier hehe] and 2. Daphne Hopton would splutter at the very thought.
So, he didn't suggest it. But he did THINK it. Plymouth couldn't pick one of them to grin at, so he just kept going back and forth, back and forth. It's possible that he didn't remember why they were even THERE anymore. "I did the arm thing and she didn't like it too much," Plymouth told Cela, then WINKED at Daphne.
