It was good to just listen to her talk. Almost calming. He missed their common room, and really hoped that they would have it back next year. "Yes, actually," he told her. "I found my sister, a wedding annoucement," he told her. He really was excited to of learned something about Elle, but it was still a little hard.
"Want to go down this slide first?" he asked her, eyeing the slide curiously. "Or, if you want, I can down first and catch you," he said teasingly.
Sarah's smile got broader as Ryder said he'd found something.
"Really?! You'll have to tell me all about it when we get to the bottom!"
If they do.The more she looked down the slide,the more nerves were getting to her.
"Ummm you know,I don't know," she strangled the words out while tugging on the corner of her robes.
"I think you may need to push me.This seemed like such a good idea at the time!" *nervous giggling commences*
"No you know what,I'll go first and wait for you at the bottom.Otherwise I may wimp out and leave you standing." She turned and winked at him playfully.
Moving closer to the edge,Sarah hitched up the bottom of her robes and folded them between her knees.General practice whenever she went on a slide.Climbing on she got her bottom comfortable and said a silent prayer before turning to face Ryder.
"See you down there!"
And with a push she was off....leaving her stomach back where she had started.
