Chris Potter had heard that a ladder system was being constructed now to allow the students to get out of the castle, now that the ground floor was flooded. Chris was going to go write a letter to his parents and then nip in for a visit with professor Morgan, when he got to the window. "Wow, Mr. Masterson did a good job." he put a leg warily out the window and slowly descended the ladder. "Hopefully this has been tested out and Im not the first to use it." he said out loud. He was a bit nervous of hieghts. After a bit of time he made it to the bottom and breathed out deeply. "Thank God."
