 Typo Mistress
Cordova glided from the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff Common Room humming happily to himself carrying only a thick book and his wand (which was tucked safely inside of his robes). He had no definite destination but knew that he wanted a quiet place, where people would come and go as they moved along to their next destination. A place that would be his safe haven for the time being. In other terms a quiet place. "Hmmm," he sounded to himself coming to a halt in the middle of the sixth floor. Unlike the common room, library, grounds and classroom, the sixth floor was completely empty. A passing student would be fine here and there. But no major distractions!
Making a complete three hundred-sixty degree turn around the floor making sure that no one else had thought of his brilliant idea yet. Cordova drifted a few steps out of sight and popped a squat near the end of the corridor. "Ha-ha," he laughed in triumph crossing his legs and placing his now opened book his lap. With the sun beaming near the window closest to him, the hallway was lighten rather well, so he wouldn't have any problems reading and would also have a clear view if someone was approaching him. |
