Sadie's eyes peered through the water, trying to find the creature. The next thing she knew Anna was grabbed by the grindylow and forced underwater. "Anna!" Sadie grabbed at her, but Anna went under too fast. Sadie was about to shoot at the creature, but she realized that she could easily hit Anna and decided against it.

She kneeled in the water, and turned her head as water splashed up into her mouth. She felt around, and finally grabbed a handful of cloth that could only belong to Anna's robes. She cried out to the others around her. "Help me! I can't pull her out on my own!" She could feel the sheer force of the grindylow's pulls bringing her underwater as well. She struggled to get back to her feet.
