Reese had already gotten up off the ground after coming to a complete stop and was following Anna to the corridor when she heard Professor Lupa's voice calling out their names. Uh oh. She bit her lower lip and turned around and headed back into the Great Hall behind Anna.

She just stood there as Anna explained everything to Professor Lupa. She nodded as she spoke. That was all true. Once Anna stopped talking, she spoke up. "I'm sorry too, Professor. Really, it was all just a joke. We would have helped Cy out if he said that announcement or not," she told the Professor. "And, just like Anna said, we left just in case Cy decided to hex or something for making him say that announcement."
