“Oi! Evans, wait up.” Lily took a slow breath, trying to control her temper as she continued down the corridor.
“Can I talk to you?” Sirius asked.
“No.”
“Hear me out.” Sirius said, walking backwards in front of her. “James would never kiss you just because of a dare.”
“Go away Black.”
“He really did want to kiss you. I just got him to man up by daring him.” Sirius smiled. What he didn’t see coming was the slap to the face.
“Ok. I think I deserved that.” Sirius mumbled. Lily ignored him and kept walking to her next class.
