The Disappearing Girl | | Swooping Bowtruckle
Seeing as how Piper was fine, and Precious having examined the falling girl already, Karma swiftly stood back up. She even thought about offering Piper a hand to pull herself back up with, but knew that more than likely, she wouldn't be the one to accept the help. Again, that is. Since Karma had already helped her twice.
Now it was time for the talking, as what Piper had mentioned. Karma sighed, leaning against the wall with letter in one hand, debating on where exactly to begin. "So, in Hogsmeade," she started. "That day, when I had been walking on the ledge and Emiliano was holding my hand - you walked in on the wrong side of that." She breathed out through her nose before continuing. "He was steadying me along, because I was about to jump down. Besides, you needed to stop assuming things, anyway. But the Hogsmeade thing? Not really what I intended to talk about here."
Dun dun dunnnn. She was trying so hard not to growl or snap or have her claws come out at the thought of what she was about to say next. She wanted to pull her hair out strand by strand for each time Piper had hurt Emiliano, but she crossed her arms. "I really don't think you understand the depths of pain you caused Emiliano that day you decided to pull that little stunt with Wes. Acting or not, you should have never done that." GAH. Her voice kept lowering dangerously with every sentence. "He's still hurt about that. I hope you're happy."
The last part, Karma had kind of snapped at her, but it wasn't exactly her fault for being mad. Okay myabe it was, but still. She had hurt Emiliano! Karma began to walk away, when she stopped, and turned back to face Piper. "I was going to accept the apology, and offer mine. But I don't think I can be sincere enough about it right now."
