Richard appeared in the doorway and closed it behind him. He had managed a quick cleaning charm on his clothes before he had entered so no soot remained. He made his way to the benches and sat down ready for the debate to start. He noticed alot of people had already turned up. Richard nodded to a few of them. "Alright?" he said quietly to a woman near him whom he had reason to believe was part of international cooperation.
