Peter's eyes widened as Tammy proclaimed his self-absorption and poked her playfully in the ribs. "Oh ha ha," he said glaring at her jokingly, but couldn't help breaking the glare with a smile and chuckle. He, too began to look around the room then at the amazing decorations. He was always taken aback by the things the Room of Requirement was capable of. Whatever you needed, it provided...minus food, of course. But the rooms were always above and beyond the desire, thinking to provide things he, himself wouldn't have thought of...but certainly appreciated.
He smiled at the crowded room, taking another drink of his butterbeer, which was already beginning to run low. Low... he thought and froze. Lo... She should have been there with them. He tried shaking it off...the feeling of sadness that his best friend wasn't there to enjoy it, too. But he knew only one thing would solve it. He turned to Tammy, apologetically. "I have to go find Lo. It doesn't feel right, not having her here. I won't be long...but do you mind?" he asked, feeling guilty about leaving Tammy here, but knew she was surrounded by friendly people whereas Lo could be all alone for all he knew.
