The ink bottles were unlabeled, which was probably done on purpose to create confusion. "Invisible ink," she repeated even though several of her classmates had already introduced the idea. "Or perhaps we're supposed to seek out the matching quill to the matching ink bottle? A specific quill will only work for a specific ink." Something tricky, possibly?
