She kept a tight grip on her wand so that Tino's arm swinginging wouldn't dislodge it from her hand.
Teehee.
It felt so weird, Celandine ended up giggling to herself over it. Quote:

She had had it with the flattery today. It wouldn't save him from imminent death--as soon as she could get these ruddy handcuffs off!
Shaking her arms, Daphne wondered if she willed it enough the would just--come off. Except, she didn't get to will enough as one of her arms kept swinging back and forth thanks to Tino. "You-You--Do you even know what tune is?"
Tone deaf.
"I think he's quite lucky, to be honest," remarked Daphne quickly to Celandine's obvious rhetorical question. At least he wasn't attached to Tino, Victim of Mystical Panda. "Tino--I suggest you stop swinging before..."
She had a feeling he wouldn't listen, so, inconspicuously Daphne stepped one the Ravenclaw's foot.
"Daphne, dear, you're on my foot," Tino pointed out merrily. He waved his wand slightly in his hand, tempted, oh so tempted. "Isn't tune that fun show on the telly? Toons, though, I think it is. I like toons. I watched alot of toons when I was growing up. My favorite one was this woodpecker--and he laughed like THIS: AHEHEHEH haa haaa! AHEHEHEH haaa haaa! He eh eh eh eh!!"
Whilst distracting the girls with his entertaining impressions, Tino swished his wand just barely. Tiny tendrils of smoke rose up from his and Daphne's cuffs. He swung his arms again to dispel the smoke, then grinned at Daphne. . . a very pleased grin.
