"That means they change their mind a lot, right?" he asked. "Well... Daphne Hopton changes her mind sometimes, but Cela seems to know what she's thinking... Most of the time..."

He nodded as to the arrangement of shield charms. He could cast the upper one, sure. He'd done it earlier. Pointing his wand up, he murmured "Protego" under his breath; the shield sprang up again over their heads, blocking the sleet that was falling straight down on them. Hooray for that at the very least...
