Ugh....she had a feeling this was going to be a lot harder than what she had thought it would of been. It looked sooo easy in the book, but now that she was doing it....she realized that book pictures and discriptions did lie! Gasp! Her precious books....lying to her. What was the world coming to? Saying the incantation, she smiled as the form started to gain a bit of form, but then it disappeared quickly. "Ugh! That was sooo close too!"she glared at the spot the thick whisp had disappeared to. Turning to Kel, she sighed. "Help me think of happy memories!"she orderd desperatly. Then the thought came to her. "Maybe we could both think of when.....you know...we became boyfriend and girlfriend."she smiled sheepishly.
It might just work.....for her at least. But what about him? He had been mostly in shock the whole time when that had happened. He might need a stronger happy thought. She sure hoped something good would come out of this.
Oh! Well that was a good idea! Kel nodded to Jenn.
"I think I'll try that." he told her, then frowned slightly. That experience hadn't exactly turned happy until he realized that Jenn was actually his girlfriend...which had been a few minutes after he actually asked her to be. So...oh well. Girlfriend. Jenn. Happy memory.
Replaying those few minutes in his head - except the yelling and screaming parts - he said the incantation again. He watched, anxious, as the white smokey substance came from his wand tip. He remembered Jenn's sudden kiss, and the white smokey stuff started to form...something. Something with a long, skinny head. Kel was so surprised to see the transformation that he lost his train of thought and the smoke vanished.
Turning to Jenn, he grinned sheepishly.
"Almost."
