Lyra had never told Grace that she was afraid of any kind of hospitals. Plus what if the healer asked how it happened? she didn't want Grace to get in to detention for using that spell. "No i am fine, really" she said again and gave a small smile. "what was the countercurse again? i didn't catch it back there"
Grace looked at Lyra's wrist again.
"It looks like it's more than a simple bruise." she said with a weak voice and closed her eyes.
"I think we should go." She opened them when she heard Lyra saying
"I'm fine." again. She eyed her wrist. She didn't want to go either, but it was totally her fault.
"Forget the curse Lyra. I shouldn't have mentioned this spell to anyone. See how it ended. We're going to the healer." Her voice got again weaker at the 'healer' part. That woman scared the hell out of Grace. And no need to mention that some students didn't like her either. But it was her fault and Lyra needed help.
