Nancy's head jerked around at the sound of Professor Morgan's familiar cheerful voice, and her blue eyes moved from what they had just been intently staring at - which was a small lonely brownish colored leaf which had somehow managed to still stay on a nearby tree - to be able to get a glance of what exactly it was Professor Morgan was pulling along behind her.
Well, in the end she got more than just a glance of the thing actually. It was huge. And looked quite creepy to be honest. And strong. And...eep! What the heck was that thing?! Blinking a few times in utter surprise Nancy automatically repeated what somebody else had already asked, "What is that?! Is it...uhm...dangerous?!" It certainly looked like it was. |
