Hiss!Roar!Growl!Caw! | Hermione's Double | The Little Three | Alecate
Anna laughed good-naturedly when the younger girl displayed a bit of surprise over hearing she wasn't going to get detention. Had Anna seriously turned into that much of a monster? She certainly hoped not! Maybe she should get out more...meet a few new people every now and then. Let the world now she really did mean well. Yup, sounded good. "Nope, no detention...at least not today," she said, holding a serious face for a few minutes, before laughing the situation off. "Just kidding, just kidding."
When the conversation turned back to heels, Anna glanced down and examined her own little pair. She really shouldn't walk the castle in such. She could easily fall down and break her neck, seeing that she wasn't exactly experienced in the art of walking in them. "They're fun to wear," she absentmindedly answered. "I guess. Caleb would tell me it's a trivial matter, though." When Tammy introduced herself, Anna turned her attention away from the heels and back up at the Hufflepuff. "Oh, Tamzin's a cool name. Sometimes I wish mine was a little more unique, but I suppose Greingoth makes up for Anna. Anyway, I'm a seventh year. Leaving for good after this year..."
Out of the corner of her eye, Anna caught sight of Professor Bunbury, still placing pieces of bologna in random spots up and down the corridor. Anna made a face at the meat, then looked up at her professor. "Well, if he likes bologna that much, I'm sure Upstead would bring him down to let him munch on a few pieces. I'm sure Gingersnapple would like that," she innocently responded. "Oh, and I'll gladly help, but really...I'm sure asking Jake to bring him down would be loads easier, right? Well, I guess placing lunch meat up and down the corridor is sort of a fun idea, too."
What in Merlin's name was the deal with Professor Bunbury not wanting to just stroll up to the Ravenclaw Common Room, find Jake, and ask him to bring out Sir Pinkness for a light snack? "Erm, well...I guess I could use a slice of bologna. Since the kitchens have been flooded, I've been dining on Chocolate Frogs more often than ever. Bologna has to be a little better for the figure, right?" she asked.
...and then someone else started talking. A new addition to the little assembled group. Anna glanced up to see her friend Elizabeth strolling up. "Hey, Elizabeth. I haven't seen you in a while. How ya been?" she asked. "The professor's trying to lure her cat away from Jake Upstead with bologna, but she's offering it to us if we'd like some."
