Is master okay?" she asked. Beezley continued to stare at Master in amazement when he asked her to come and sit with him on the hospital bed.
Beezley sure did love beds! A few times, when the studentsies were in class, Beezley would go into their dorm room and jump up and down on their beds for hours on end. Beezley wouldn't do that to this bed, though. With a wide, toothless grin, the little elf climbed on the bed and sat next to Master, her little knobby legs swinging back and forth a good ways away from the floor. She grinned at Mistress when she mentioned how bad of a day Beezley had had. "Beezley is all better now. Is Mistress okay?" she asked.
Marcus chuckled softly at the elf, she was absolutely adorable. "I am fine Beezley, Miss Avalon has patched me right up so I am as good as new now." He patted her little shoulder as she climbed up onto the bed and sat beside him. "I only have to be here overnight and then I can go back to my office. How are Argyle and Tinka doing? I might have to go down to Ili - uh Professor Morgan's hut and see how they are doing."

"You just do that," she said, her voice wobbling only slightly, securing the bandage sucessfully. "You're done for now. I'll make myself busy."
Cari smiled at Beezley, she did love that little elf. "Professor Lawson is much better now then he was. And he's going to be fine in a few hours." She got up and patted Beezley's little boney shoulder. "I'm glad to know you're doing better. I'm fine too."
Caroline yawned into her arm. Just so tired.
Tearing his gaze away from the Hufflepuff, Marcus looked at Caroline when she apologised and he felt a light warmth spread throughout him. And oh man! She wasn't going to cry or anything was she?
He.
Totally.
Sucked.
"Caroline..." he trailed off, what was he supposed to say? There was a house elf sitting beside him and a Hufflepuff also in the room. There was a lot he wanted to say to her but he wasn't doing it here. "
I'm the one who is sorry." More than she will ever know, he wished he could somehow convey just how much.
