Steven groaned a little, noting that Nancy seemed chewed off, and well... irritated and angry. He had no idea what he had done this time but knew that having to decide between his best friend and his cousin would be a hard decision... It wasn't like it was George... Shaking that thought out of his head, he paid attention to Sarah as Nancy seemed to recognise the girl infront of him. He gazed at Nancy slightly confused as Sarah started to act... weird.

He looked between the pair of girls as Sarah got frightened, and Nancy got even more angry (which hadn't seemed possible a few minutes before). Getting to his feet again, Steven stood between the fourteen- and the twelve-year old pair and looked at them both. “No one is going to be doing any jinxing!” He said, with another confused glance between them.

“Would someone mind filling me in?” He asked, as he continued to stare between two of his favourite girls in the whole of Hogwarts. He suddenly had a huge feeling that they hadn't realised that he knew them both, and he also had a huge feeling that they didn't like each other. Oh God, this day was simply getting worse.
