Patrick had come in to lay on his bed for a bit, his head full from the Runes class. Fehu, he muttered gently to himself, wondering how he could apply the Rune to an everyday occurrence at school. He thought about the Rune's significance: wealth, cattle, abundance, generosity, creation, fulfillment of goals, good luck, success... There it was, written black on white on his parchment. But what could he do with it that might seen as an act of Fehu?

Sitting up, he then bent over to retrieve the red box that the professor had given them. He snapped open the lid and stared at the sweet. He looked at it for a while, his mind imagining what he could do with it. He reached and picked the sweet out and instantly popped it in his mouth. Mmmm! These are really good too! He thought to himself with a grin. Now how could he make these little beauties help him for the assignment? And that's when it hit him. He could anonymously share these with others, couldn't he? A gift that was somewhat created by the Rune since it 'regenerated' itself: he closed the box's lid and reopened it a minute later, and sure enough, another sweet had reappeared.

His mum had showed him, many times over for that matter, that generosity should not seek acknowledgment. Hence the anonymous part of his plan. But to whom could he gift it to? Of course he knew students he could give them to, but it seem too easy, not quite anonymous either. And leaving a simple candy on someone's table, they might think it was a gag or trick candy. He took his notes out and re-read his class notes.

He stopped at the particular associations with Fehu: Fire, Aries, nettles, numbers 1 or 24, Fire and Eider. He could a few of those elements for his plan... Oh yeah! He quickly took out some sheets of parchment, tinting them red with a color change charm. He cut the parchments in two and started to do some origami flowers with them. They kind of looked like the leaves of a nettle plant, he thought as he turned his first example between his fingers. He make a dozen or so of those and wrote the Fehu symbol on one leaf.

It looked good at this point, so he turned to the red box again. He opened and shut the box a dozen times, if not a bit more, removing the sweet that appeared at each time. He added one sweet to each flower origami, making sure they wouldn't slide out. He made little cards to accompany each gift and left for the Great Hall. His plan was ready to be implemented.
