Marcus heard the water before he saw it and his heart thudded fast in his chest. This reminded him of all those times he got dumped by the waves at the beach, which is why he hated going swimming at the beach. Bloody hell, it was hard to run with a house elf on his head, one in his arms and the other one being levitated.
Okay this was not good, not good at all. He dropped the spell on Beezley and quickly caught the elf in his arms and then slung her on his back. "Hold on tight Beez..."his words were cut short as the water hit him from behind with such force that it almost knocked him off his feet. He tried to keep his balance but was finding it rather difficult being weighed down by three elves.

They were going to drown.
He lost his footing and was swept down the corridor and he tried his best to keep both him and the elves above the water but it wasn't easy. Not the way he thought he would die.
