Whit watched Reese walk out of the room and wondered why in the world she was left with a piece of parchment to write on. She looked at it and shrugged. She really wanted to send Lima a letter to tell her everything that'd been going on, and now would be a great time; she wouldn't even have to waste her own materials. Whit scooched her chair to the table and wrote away. About thirty minutes later, Whit thanked the room, took her letter and walked out of the room.
