Besides there was the matter of the girl who sounded annoyed with him for some reason. "Sorry that boys annoy you, but you came up to me." He said that good naturedly, with a small chuckle. "And you have some good sense too." He said that seriously, not as if he was looking down on her. She looked like she was only a few years younger than him. Not a child.
