Oh no... it wasn't... he wasn't going to... "I wouldn't do that if I were you..." she warned, somewhat disinterested. If it was who she thought it was, let her go for it.
"Yeah well she would" Marcus retorted. He could tell that Caroline was extremely angry about this and it wasn't going to matter how much he apologised, she already had her mind made up. "And I just said I was sorry for dragging you into it didn't I? Geez, it was a heated moment and I said it without thinking alright." Ugh he didn't mean to take it out on her but he was so angry with Annie right now. At least if he could have explained it first it might not have sounded so bad. Well that was what he had been hoping anyway.

The ghost let out one loud sniffle and all was silent for one ominous moment. The next thing Marcus Lawson knew, Myrtle had popped out through Caroline Avalon's head and was sticking her tongue out him, with both of her eyes crossed and her fingers making rude gestures out from her ears.
"Booohoohoo," the ghostie moaned, still making a face. "You are RUDE."
She disappeared down the nearest sink and laid in wait, making loud tinkery noises within the pipe. He would regret trying to tell The Myrtle what to do.
Marcus looked back at the ghost and her childish act and openly yawned at her. "So I've been told love" he said lazily. He did not have time for a sulky ghost. He watched her go down the sink and was tempted to turn the tap on full blast.
