Jake crossed his arms over his chest and glaaaaaared.
Then Truebridge spoke up... pfft. It seemed like every oppurtunity for fun was kind of RIPPED out of their reach. "I don't know why it was wrong, sir," Jake admitted, trying to keep a lid on his temper.
How zen. It was like Jake was speaking into a mirror.
"That's why you are here, to learn about right and wrong. You two are going to help each other figure it out. Just me telling you isn't going to be enough. The yelling by the way, isn't the most constructive method. Talk to each other, figure it out; why are you both here? What did you do wrong? Why do you think you were given a detention in the first place? What do you think myself and Lawson were thinking? Talk about it. Figure it out."
Ethan placed his wand carefully on the table.
"It would probably be better to avoid tempting me into using my wand." His voice was mild, but it was definitely a warning.
