Looking at Jake, Ricco knew that he wasnt getting out of here if he didnt take part, "Well firstly i went for a swim in the dungeons" He said taking a breath to make sure he didnt grin, nope a grin would not be good just now, "Then i did not follow Professor Truebridges, Miss Avalons, Headboy Cliffords or the prefects instructions when i was told to go away to the Great hall". Ricco shouldnt have done what he did but it was past news and he had too get over it, now all he had to do was hope Jake cooperated.
