Kiri kind of looked like a fish with the way she was repeating the words Jake was saying... it was actually... quite hilarious. If only he could smile... But no, it wasn't fair to find the situation humourous when Kiri was quite obviously not enjoying it.
Then... she was rummaging through her bag... and Jake was internally SCREAMING for her to throw him in the water if she really had to. He really wouldn't mind... unless he drowned, of course.
WOAH! She had her wand in his face, but it was so close that Jake had to go cross-eyed to see the magic stick. Aguamenti... that was the spell they used in Herbology... and the Defence Against the Dark Arts homework, right?

Hopefully he'd be up soon... and then he could check the cat... and then decide the best course of action, most of which involved hiding from the animal's owner.
