The hair on Lyra's arms stood on end as that boring little kid laughed at her. It was a good thing that someone wanted him because only boring people stuck with boring people. There was no way in Merlin's big toe that this kid was Slytherin. He may have worn the green robes but he surely didn't have the mentality. She expected more. What a shame.

But then Robert walked past her, clearly angry. She tuned out any and everything from the two people who didn't matter to her and took off after Robert.
