 Double Agent Stamps!
Abby walks through the nusery looking for the abraxan area. It's hard to believe it's been two monthes since she last saw Marmalade. She finds her horse's stall. Marmalade sticks her head out and shakes it up and down as Abby gets near. "Hello girl! You remember me." Abby walks up and gives her horse a big hug. "Let me look at you. Wow! You've grown. I don't know if I'll be able to ride you. Did I tell you I took riding lessons this summer at my grandparents. They have this huge farm. If I'd know I was going there I would have made arrangements to bring you with me. Boy I've missed you." Abby takes a couple of sugar cubes out of her pocket and feeds them to Marmalade. She looks down at the floor. "Boy I need to clean your stall out. I guess this is good place to start my Transfiguration homework. I'll need to put a halter on you first. Don't go anywhere." Abby goes to the tack room and comes back with a halter. She carefully puts it over Marmalade's head and secures it in place. "Now that wasn't so bad. Here we go." Abby leads Marmalade to a spare stall.
She walks back to Marmalade's stall and takes out her wand. This may be too much to try at the first time, but when have I ever thought small. Abby points her wand at the dirty hay and maure on the floor, and says "Evansesco!" She swishes her wand around to take in the whole floor area. After a few minutes the top layer of hay and manure have disappeared. Not bad for a first try. Abby continues to use the Evanesco Charm until all the dirty hay and manure has disappeard. She then lays out some fresh hay, fills Marmalades Watering Troth and places firewhiskey in her feed troth. Abby then goes and gets Marmalade. "Here we go good as new. I can't get over how much you've grown over the summer. I guess you're on a regular Firewhiskey diet now." Abby takes out another cube of sugar and feeds it to her abraxan. "I'll be back to check on you later. I'll have to check with Professor Morgan before we can got riding. I imagine she'll want to be there for the first ride. I love you Marmalade." Abby rubs Marmalade's neck and kisses her. |
