Moony's 'Furry Little Problem' Cressida, Will, Chandan, Draygon Chandan whispered under his breath and as the lift began to ascend he felt Laylee clinging tightly to him. Chandan smiled reassuringly and watched as the tiny specks that were the Dragons' glowing eyes grew fainter and decreased in size until they were but pinpricks in the inky black beneath the lift.
As the lift began to slow, Chandan took one last look below and grinned broadly. "It's worse going down." He commented idly, taking some of Laylee's luggage in his spare hand, his other being wrapped around Laylee's waist.
"Ovanius," Chandan spoke clearly to the lift's doors, which shuddered and then slid apart. "Try to remember that word in case you need to use the lift and I'm not with you." Chandy smiled.
Beyond the lift was a short passage. At the start of the passage and beside the lift were the stairs, which continued upwards. "I sleep up there." Chandan inclined his head towards the ceiling, trying not to disentangle his arm from Laylee's waist as he departed the lift.
At the end of the passage was a lone, single neat door, which fit snugly into its surroundings, almost as if it were as a part of the wall as of the manor-house itself.
