Bed, blanket, bed, blank- Nancy's forehead collided with the table in front of her with a loud Bang! as it was simply too much for her to cope with. Her body was ice cold, her cheeks felt hot and her head was throbbing from where it had hit the wooden table. But now it was all much more quiet around her, almost as if she was somewhere else, somewhere but the Great Hall with all the students' screams. Somehow it felt like she was far far away as the noise gradually became more and more distant until finally they were completely gone. Just gone. It was a nice silence that followed. Very relaxing...
Another wave of shivers rocked through Nancy, without her noticing, though, as she was someplace else. Somewhere in a far far away place. Away from all the chaos. Not even Kazimeriz' booming voice reached her ear. At last she could sleep.
"Nancy!" Paris cried as her friend seemed to sleep under the current of concisenesses. She jumped up and ran over to her as she seemed to sway in her seat.
"Someone help!" She hugged Nancy to her body to keep her steady.
