"Really," Reese said, nodding her head. She looked back at the table and looked around for a cookie. Where was a cookie when you needed one? Since she couldn't find a cookie, she picked herself up a brownie. Brownies were better anyways. She took a bit of her brownie as she looked back at Miles, "Ang-ry? I sounded angry. Oh, I was mad because..."
Shoot! Was she really going to keep lying to Miles? Uh-
YES! NO. There was no need to lie to Miles. No need at all.
She sighed. "Shana got me a little bit angry a few days ago, because she wouldn't stop bugging me about
something," she explained. There was no way Miles was going to hear about the kiss with Cam. She drew the line at Shana. But, if Miles really wanted to know, she guessed she could tell him. Wait, what was she saying? She wasn't going to tell him. No way! No how! "And, yeah. I finally told her and well, I sort of went ballistic on her, since I don't like being bugged into stuff that I didn't want her to know in the first place, and then walked away. Now, she wants to talk and I don't want to talk," she added.

Coming from the hufflepuff common rooom which she really hoped didn't get flooded Vanessa made her way to the great hall, to make sure Miles was okay, and she make sure none of her hufflepuffs had been down there.
"Miles." She sighed, grabbing a handful of his robes. "Are you ok?" She asked, concerned as she looked up at him. She then smiled at the slytherins he was with. "Are you lot all alright too?"
As she glanced up the table, she noticed that Clifford was there. ooh on his own. She gave him a reassurring smile, before she looked back at Miles.
Reese turned to Vannie when she arrived. "Oh, I'm fine, Vans. Thanks for asking," she told her friend with a smile. She took another bite of her brownie and then turned back towards to table, so she could get a drink of her coffee.

Reese turned back to Shana and shook her head. She was going to talk to the girl later. Not in front of Miles and Vannie, unless the girl wanted to tell her part of the story. Then, that would be fine.
