He was partway down the hallway when he noticed that his feet became really uncomfortable. He looked down, only to notice that that bloody woman had frozen his shoes! Cursing, he continued run, pointing a silent heating spell on his shoes. That just made him curse even more.
He started to hop, taking off one shoe and then taking off the other. He dropped them to the floor and took off in his socks (white, if anyone really cares to know) and started up the staircase to the next floor, but not before pointing his wand over his shoulder and sending a silent trip jinx.
