Where was Dru? Where was Diane? And where the heck were all the other Slytherins he saw in the room. Some of them weren't even at the table. Would that mean...?
"I don't think so... I did see that Evangeline girl go to the Girls' Dormitory, but I'm not sure if she got out, I was putting my attention to these guys," and he pointed to his lemurs, "But I'm sure she made it out." He wasn't sure but he had to not say something like "Nah, she's probably dead by now" or something. And he was pretty sure Cliff and her had some "relationship". Quote:

But wait. What? When Cam said Evangeline's name, Clifford's hearing senses seemed to work extra speshul, super duper. He didn't want to miss a thing. He'd seen her go into the girls dormitory.. Oh Merlin.
Gulping nervously, Clifford clapped Cam on the shoulder. "You should uh - go sit down, mate. Get some juice or something. For you and the ... monkeys? You're not injured or anything, are you?" He looked alright. Aaron heard that Evangeline was STILL in the girl's dorm. Uh oh. He was surprised Clifford hadn't flipped out yet. "Hey Clifford, are you alright? You want to go see if she's okay, don't you..." Aaron thought about it. "You should, you know?"
