Shrugging to herself, Katie waved a silent hello to her and turned as the door opened to reveal the Muggle Studies Professor who ushered them inside and introduced himself to them, surely he must be aware they were both new to Hogwarts. Or atleast Katie thought the other girl was.

"Oooh, Antonio! That's italian, isn't it?" The little girl asked rather excitedly, smiling politely up at the nice older man. Following after the Professor, Katie found herself gazing around the room while she walked slowly, not wanting to accidentally run into anyone or anything while she took in the normal feel and look of the office. The pictures, some of which moved and others that didn't, and toys and OLD muggle music! "Woooow" She breathed, shifting her attention back to the purpose of her being here, just noticing several other students had joined them.

Maybe this wasn't the best time after all, but then again when would be? Shrugging to herself, Katie focused on the Professor once more. "Nice to meet you, Professor Dumont, sir. I don't need anything, I just wanted to meet you properly before classes begin." She said sweetly, absentmindedly playing with a loose string on the hem of her sleeve as she spoke. "Oh! Wait, can I ask what we're going to learn about?" Or was that against some unspoken rules? Oh dear, Katie didn't know. But she wanted to know.

After a moment of being silent, the small girl realized she hadn't introduced herself to the Professor. Her tanned cheeks took on a very faint blush, hardly noticeable at all. "I'm Kaitlynnh Mae, but my friends just call me Katie. So you can too," Katie nodded.
